The card didn't take away his feelings after all! And then, the sun comes up and everything starts returning to normal. Its totally heartbreaking, until Syaoran replies that he loves her, too. She dries her tears and tells Syaoran that she loves him. The new card, The Hope, tells her not to cry, that everything is okay. The card makes its move, and Sakura is left crying because Syaoran's feelings are gone. He tells her it'll be alright, that he'll fall in love with her again. As soon as she finishes the spell, the card chooses Syaoran to lose his feelings (he happens to make it in time for a Heroic Sacrifice). Sakura finally corners the card and tries to change it, resigned to the fact that this will take away her feelings for Syaoran, even though she hasn't told him how she feels yet. Then at Rei's competition, Syaoran let's her catch sight of Dash one last time, inspiring her after she thought it had run away and win the race. It's the first time we see a Clow Card form an actual friendship with someone with no magical powers. It even increases Rei's speed as a way of thanks. Episode 30, the Dash Cards' friendship with Rei.He thanks her for keeping it a secret and pats her on the head before leaving, and the smile she still has when Sakura returns speaks volumes. He immediately knows it's not his sister, but doesn't say so until after Mirror has her fill of the food he made for Sakura. Sakura uses Mirror to sneak out of the house since she's sick and Touya was caring for her. Then, after being captured, the Mirror sheds a tear and apologizes before returning to card form. The Mirror becomes guilt-stricken when he explains he was simply trying to help her. After the Mirror Card had lured Touya off a cliff, he reveals that he knew she was not his sister the entire time (he thinks she's a ghost with unfinished business wearing Sakura's form). The ending of episode 25 "Double Take".They even get a happy farewell when Akane and her mother move elsewhere at the end of the episode.

Later when the Float card carries her high into the sky he goes full Papa Wolf and chases after her to the point of nearly falling from the sky in exhaustion, and then dives to catch her once it's captured. When a television drama upsets Akane by reminding her of her recently deceased father, Kero quickly turns it off and does a silly dance to cheer her up. Although he wants to return home, he just can't bring himself to leave such a young girl home by herself and grows to care for her. Episode 15 has Kero's friendship with Akane, a young girl who took him in thinking he was a stray animal.From now on we'll be together forever Cardcaptor Sakura is essentially a Sweet Dreams Fuel incarnate, expect to see a lot of sweet moments especially with Sakura and other characters.
